NOTES: A calving ease Hombre son who, like Passport, is also out of an excellent producing Lambert donor. His dam records three progeny at birth with an average birth weight ratio of 97, three at weaning with an average ratio of 113 and two at yearling with an average ratio 107. He would rank as one of the most moderate framed bulls in the GT sire line up. Coronado had excellent individual data with an adjusted 205 of 754 lb. to ratio 122 and an adjusted yearling weight of 1300 lb. to ratio 110. His REA ratio was also outstanding at 111 and his IMF ratio was 116. He sold as the top selling bull through the 2011 GENETRUST at Suhn Cattle Company Bull Sale for $20,000 to Draggin’ M and Todd Garrett. His first calves have arrived and are eye appealing with good depth of rib and at this point appear to have the accelerated early growth of their sire.

Highlighting the 2015 Chimney Rock sale recently, was lot 192, a son of Coronado – DMR Coronado 30B15, a unique calving ease option with tremendous shape and substance tied into a smooth, attractive package while possessing above average growth, carcass and maternal traits.
With a bright future ahead, ½ interest and full possession in this herd sire commanded $27,000 to Jeff Thomas of JRT Brangus, Cumming, Georgia to highlight his growing program.
